This cake was made for a childrens charity auction, the three tiers are fruit cake, then covered in marzipan and fondant with modelling paste for the snowflakes and the edges of the board were also covered in fondant, something different for me and I liked it. I was dusted with snowflake lustre but the photo doesn't pick this up very well.
