This cake was for a wedding on 10-10-10. It was iced in buttercream with royal blue fondant ribbon on the bottom of each tier. Alternating tiers of chocolate with caramel heath mousse filling and pumpkin with cinnamon cream cheese filling. Ugh...I hate buttercream iced cakes. Cake slid on the way to venue and every little flaw, I feel, shows up!! The couple loved it and there was none left!
