this cake was one i did for my auntie's wedding. it was completely gluten free. the bottom layer was a fruit cake, the top two tiers were cherry and almond (as cherries were requested!!!) even the little butterflies were gluten free and edible!!! hand made icing hydrangeas round the middle tier!
