My niece wanted a Pinkalicious cake for her 6th birthday. Her head (ball cake pan), arms, legs and shoes are RKT covered in buttercream. Her body is a 9" round cake with a wondermold (Barbie skirt cake pan) on top of the 9" round. I used buttercream for the whole cake. Now that I'm starting to work with fondant, I would probably have covered her face with fondant rather than butter cream.
