This was one of my first cakes, it was all about monkeys!!! I had to get it done in 2 days, for me thats QUICK! I like to make my cakes, freeze them, trim them....etc. but the b-day boy needed a cake! The monkeys are actually chocolate lollipops that could just be pulled out of the cake, handed to the birthday guests, stick and all!!! It was a huge hit, the cake was really good (top vanilla, bottom chocolate) and the colors just POPPED out, all in all it turned out adorable!!!
