My twin nieces love Michael Jackson so I made them this cake for their birthday party. It was a dark chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. I stenciled MJ on a piece of fondant then cut it out tight and put it on the cake. I used a chocolate mousse filling which I think was a bit too soft cuz it bulged a bit between the layers.
