Cake I made for my sister for her birthday. Strawberry cake with chocolate meringue buttercream and fresh strawberries, covered in chocolate ganache. The ganache part did not turn out, so I used those thin tube cookies in the can around the edge and tied with a pretty ribbon. Then made a bunch of chocolate dipped strawberries on top. Yummy!!
