This was a practice cake for an upcoming cake this weekend. I was a bit rushed (my husband's coworkers were getting anxious for the cake to be delivered) and didn't spend much time smoothing out the icing. Stacking is more difficult than it seems and my top tier wasn't as level as I'd like, but overall I was pleased with the result. FYI, the cakes are chocolate with raspberry cream, spice with carmel filling, and lemon. BC icing and gum paste roses. TFL
