This cupcake tower (my 1st ever) was created for the company I work for. They celebrated their 100 years in business eariler this year which I did 2 sheet cake for, this event was a contination of that celebration for entire families, clients and retirees. Top 6" was Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Icing, had cuppies of this flavor as well as Chocolate fudge brownie with whipped ganache and Vanilla Almond white cake with Caramel BC. Large cuppies were decorated with poured chocolates with 100 years embossed on them and mini cuppies had fondant circles with "A"s on them. A total of 15 dozen. Thanks for looking...Oh yes and props to my dad for making the cc tower for me!
