Hi! Thanks for the kind words. This is a 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch stack. I covered them in tan colored fondant. Then I mixed brown sugar, sanding sugar (for some sparkle), and natural brown sugar. I used piping gel to make the outside of the fondant sticky and then scooped and pressed the sugar mixture onto the cake.
