This was my first attempt at a wedding cake and the goal was to keep it simple, pretty, and a little bit on the cuter side. I found this awesome clay bird cake topper set pictured on an awful website that didn't link to where you could buy it and I didn't have much time so I copied the look and molded the topper out of fondant. The roses were made using gum paste and I used a pink pearl dust on each rose.
