My 2nd attempt at cake decorating. How do you get the fondant not to crease on the side bottom edges? Anyways, the cake was a pound cake with whipped cream icing (not recommended, the cream squished out when I put the fondant on!). The blossoms were gum paste. Voila! My novice attempt #2!
