My husband and I made this wedding cake for a bride who loved sunflowers. The cake is two flavors. It has alternating layers of WASC with dark chocolate ganache filling and chocolate WASC with white chocolate ganache filling. Everything on the cake is edible. The cake is covered in fondant and the flowers and leaves are made from gumpaste.
