This was a "just for fun" cake, the design for which I had swirling around in my head for ages and so I just had to make it. It's 6 4" rounds of fudgy brownies layerd with chocolate ganache, then completely enrobed in the same chocolate ganache...sort of like a candy bar in the end. LOL Covered in white chocolate fondant and all decor is gumpaste and fondant with liberal dusting of gold "Dragonfly Dust". *wink* The dragonfly is a mold.
