The flowers are made using Roland winbeckler's technique of filling the bag with 2 different colors. I use the plastic wrap tube inside a piping bag. I just lay out the two colors side by side and after it is rolled up, I "smoosh" then together a little to mix.

It's a beautiful cake! Love the writing and your flowers are soo pretty! The heart border on top looks like a chain of hearts. How'd you DO that? Verry pretty!
The top border is just a series of hearts one right after another. I'm not sure what tip it was - probably a 5 or 6?
