I found a snickerdoodle cake recipe and before I try any new recipe on a cake I half it and make a few cupcakes first. These turned out really good though. The icing is a cinnamon bc and the roses are some fondant roses I'd made to go along with a class I was attending. The bc icing turned out well also but I think I might try it with a cream cheese icing next time.
