This is definitely not my best work. The client only wanted enough cake for 12 serving with both cakes and didn't want any leftovers. I found these much harder to do than a large cake. The iPad is 9 x7" and the PSP is 6 x 3". Even with my smallest paintbrush I couldn't write small enough for it to look good. Anyway, I know it tasted good....chocolate cake, whipped ganache filling, ganache under chocolate fondant. The picture on the PSP is the boys favourite game.
