This is a 12" square cake, pistachio/coconut marble, with chocolate ganache filling and icing. The top tier is contoured 8" square white cake with buttercream filling and chocolate ganache icing. It is covered with homemade MMF. All animals and decorations are fondant/gumpaste. Lollipop sticks were used as supports in the palm trees and the giraffe legs and neck. This cake was made to celebrate birthdays in a recovery group community as part of Birthday Cakes for Kids Minnesota. Thanks for looking!
