This is the first wedding cake that I have made, and I was definitely nervous about how it would turn out. Living in a remote community, there was only one chance to get the cake right with the supplies that I had ordered in. I'm satisfied with the results, as my first wedding cake, but the fondant swaths were not as I would have liked them!
