Sweet 16

Snowflakes are hard, folks! They kept breaking and with every fix they started looking more like blobs than snowflakes. The cake is also covered with edible glitter on top and sides. Sorry the pic is so grainy...that's seems to be all my camera does these days.

Bulldog, I actually put the shorter lollipop sticks on the back of them and stuck that down in the cake.

Good idea, thanks again.

Very, bery pretty, but now I have to make snowflakes. Anything helpful I should know? Did you use royal? And how did you stick them in the top?

I used royal and MsDawn's snowflake pics she emailed me. I have to do some more tonight for a cake this Saturday and I think I'm just going to do a run-in so that they won't be so fragile. I'm going to pipe the snowflake design onto them with a very light blue royal.

Thanks. I'll see what happens when I try. Did you just pipe a tail to stick it in cake?
