The bottom tier is two 9" layers , the top is two 6" layers...(chocolate). The cake is frosted with butter cream icing. Butterflies were purchased at my local cake store...and I made the flowers from cupcake / candy liners & pipe cleaners (wrapped w/ floral tape).
