Made for my grandsons 4th b-day. Stacked layers of choc cake with choc truffle filling for bottom layer and vanilla caramel cake with white choc truffle filling for top. Ariel and flounder statue are the only elements not edible. Flounders, Sebastian and sea shells made with candy melts and King Tritan, sea weed and coral are Royal icing
