Big 50Th Birthday
3 12" layers of vanilla cake, covered in buttercream and fondant and filled with a strawberry/raspberry mousse. The fish is carved from rice crispies and covered in fondant and hand painted using luster dusts. The shish-ke-bobs are gum paste flavored with raspberryand skewered on a rice noodle. This is my first attempt at a cake such as this.
