A dense thick chocolate fudge cake covered with a light chocolate buttercream. This was in the days before i piped properley so i did that free hand instead of planning it out with a stencil as i would now. I made the little baker's roses out of cocoaform and handmade the truffles. I made the chocolate twirls with a transfer sheet to get the hearts.
