These cookies were another dessert for my son's Cars party. I was too tired to cut out rectangle cookies, so I just spread the dough on a cookie sheet and cut them after baking - thus the "unfinished" edges. I used red cookie icing for the border, white to fil in, and black and red food writers for each child's name and age.
