Wanted to make some pretty cupcakes for a co-workers cupcake order. I made the flowers and leaves out of a 50/50 fondant and gum paste mix. The pearls in the flower centers are handmade from fondant and rolled in pearl dust. The cupcakes are WASC w/ choc. ganache filling and iced in buttercream. They smelled sooooo good!
