My first attempt at making a castle cake. I made this for my grandaughter's 5th birhday. 10in vanilla cake with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, 6in chocolate cake with mint chocolate buttercream. All the turrets are cake with butterscotch buttercream covered with fondant. All edible except the figures
