This was the Dora the Explorer themed birthday cake I made for my daughter's 3rd birthday. The inside is classic white cake with vanilla buttercream & covered in Satin Ice fondant. (I normally use my own marshmallow fondant but decided to try Satin Ice; I definitely prefer the marshmallow fondant's taste, texture & stability) All the decorations are made from fondant & everything is edible except the Dora figure.
