My first carved cake. I rocked it for sure. It actually wasn't as bad as I thought. Definitely doing more in the future. Hello Kitty for birthday.

Two tiered.

Yellow Butter Vanilla, and Classic Chocolate Cake that were alternating.

Simple Vanilla Buttercream.

Fresh strawberries.

White marshmallow fondant medium.

Some fodant details; the simple bow, eyes, nose, and whiskers.

Carved Hello Kitty Head

The bottom was a contemporary square base, with purple, black, and charcoal gray lines that were interchanging.

Really not much to it, it was a pretty fun cake to do.
