5-Tier Ivory Wedding Cake

This cake was the biggest I had ever done, in my small kitchen (6''-8''-10''-12''-14'' all of 5''-6'' high)... and it was a nightmare to transport to the reception venue!!! It cracked while in the van, it was wabbly when I got there, and a piece of fondant fell off one tier. I desperately needed the flowers to cover up the mess! It ended up looking 'fine'. I wished I wouldn't have needed as much flowers, as it looked a little too much like a bush for my taste, but it did the trick. The letters were also a blessing for covering up some of the cracks. I will never do such a big cake like this and will stick to the 3 or 4 tiers! Lesson learnt ;)
