This was a chocolate cake with raspberry jam and choc icing. Fondant on the cake and the flower is half/half fondant and gum paste. My customer wanted a sunflower cake for her daughter's birthday. I loved the cake by "Kitagrl" and thought I would give it a try. I have limited experience, but thought I did pretty well. Thanks to my niece for helping. Thanks for looking.
