I made the spider man head chocolate with butter cream icing and the bottom layer white with butter cream icing. The road is made of chocolate marshmallow fondant. I made the spiderwebs from royal icing and they looked so tempting the children were eating them before the cake was ever served. i incorporated the birthday presents into the cake and the 5 year old birthday boy really seemed to like that..
