6"/8" tiers, iced in BC. Smoothing technique for the buttercream learned from Sugarshack's DVD's. I highly recommend them! Decorations are MMF. Writing is black piping gel. You can see my technique for writing on cakes in my forum titled, "How to Pipe Font Perfectly". "40" is gumpaste, stuck in the cake with popsicle sticks glued to the back with chocolate. Circles on wires on the top are inside straws so the wires don't come in contact with the cake. I give JetSetDiva props for the design!
