This was the first 'non-flowered' cake we made. It was for a celebration for two people who recently obtained a special certification in the construction field. We had lots of fun coming up with the design. The blue print, rule and people are all made from fondant. We used a pale gray butter cream on the cake, to give the appearance of cement. The honorees loved it!
