My first tiered/stacked cake ever! The bottom and top tiers were white cake with a raspberry filling. The middle tier was chocolate fudge cake with a chocolate mousse filling. The humidity started to get to it at the end though....the icing started to sweat & slide.... I ended up having to take almost everything out of the fridge, shelves included, to be able to keep it cooled off.... it did hold together in the end though! lol
