Got this idea from fellow CC member, but personalized it a bit. The 3 kids represent my own kids as I made this for my son's b/day. Cake is 9 x 13 one layer sheet cake iced w/ buttercream grass tip. Blue gel was mixed in with light blue icing for the pool. Concrete bricks and all other decorations are made out of fondant.
