This cake with fondant grapes and leaves was for a wedding that was at a winery in PA. Cake was blackberry wine layered with creamcheese filling and blackberry jam. Cake layers were brushed with reduced blackberry wine syrup prior to filling. Never realized how long it take to make bunches of grapes and wire them all together!
