This topsy turvy cake is for two sister's birthday's. They each wanted something different on their tiers, but it had to match. Lucky for me, they weren't too far apart on their ideas. The cake is All about Chocolate cake with Vanilla Bean filling and covered in MMFt. All the decorations are in fondant, except the tea cups and daisies, which are made out of gum paste. I made the tea cups, by molding them around a small bowl. Getting them off after they dried was a little rough. I glued them on the cake with royal icing. They stuck. Yea!!!! TFL
