I made this cake for my sister's surprise anniversary party. I'd only just finished the first Wilton course, so it was a lofty undertaking and a little sloppy as a result. She was thrilled that I made it though, so that made it perfect. :) Chocolate with chocolate ganache filling and yellow butter cake with strawberry cream filling. All buttercream. Phew! What a lot of hard work that was.
