saw this in a magazine and had to make them! The magazine made them as brownie pops. I used red velvet cake and white icing. Mix together, roll into balls, refrigerate, use chocolate wafers melted to dip stick in and then into ball, refrigerate again, then dip whole ball into white chocolate wafers. hat and nose are made out of gumpaste. eyes and mouth are chocolate dotted on with a toothpick. cheeks are petal dust but you can also use non-toxic colored chalk. Some scarf decorations are drawn on with food coloring pens. Love those pens!
