I used a #104 rose tip for them. It only took about 3 minutes to do the entire cake!

yes, looks complicated...but it's REALLY easy. Just hold the #104 tip straight down and pipe a big zig-zag right up the side of the cake. It was from a pink Martha Stewart cake from Weddings issue Winter 2002, page 291.
