For my friends wedding, I was in it too, not easy to coordinate all of that! It was a display table, so main cake was 14/10/6 and two side cakes were 10" each. All different flavors. Hardest part was finding a glass cake plate big enough for the center cake, ended up using a microwave turn table, a sundae dish, a glass plate and epoxying it all together, it worked!
