I think this is my best so far. :) --- 6in carrot cake with cream chesse 'peaked and swirled attractively' topped with hand molded gumpaste carrots. The name is piped creamchesse frosting. --- I got the design from The Essential Guide to Cake Decorating by Alex Barker.
