Chinese Cake

This was my mum's 51st birthday cake. It was my first attempt at a tiered cake and I was quite stressed as our kitchen got really hot and so all the buttercream was melting, but it survived! Bottom tier is raspberry with white choc buttercream, top two tiers are choc orange with choc buttercream. Then decorated with fondant, figures and flowers are all fondant as well. She is going on holiday to china which is why I tried to make it all themed. TFL!
