This was my first time making gumpaste roses! I need more practice, but I think they came out ok for my first time (at least you can tell they're roses! : )) The cake is a new custom flavor that I've made. I call it "The Lard Ass" - chocolate chip chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream filing. Covered in MMF. TFL!!
