My first wedding cake ... very exciting. I did this cake for a friend who wanted the ever popular Cherry Blossom Branch. The tiers are 10 inch and 8 inch (each tier is 4 inches tall). Lemon Cake with Raspberry Buttercream filling. Covered with fondant. The branch is Duff's Chocolate Fondant and the Blossoms are gumpaste/fondant mix.
