Sandwich is french vanilla cake all done with fondant. Chips, cookie and pickle are also fondant. My son manages a Jimmy Johns and requested it for their 1st anniversary. I figured it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. Didn't think it turned out too bad for my first one. It was a fun cake to do!
