I designed this cake for a guy who was turning 40 years old and he is a huge San Diego Chargers fan. I made the helmet from RKT, modeling chocolate and fondant. I made the Goal post from fondant with tylose and wire. Everything is fondant and was hand cut, I didnt realize how tedious that chargers logo would be, All in all i love the way it turned out.
