This was made as a birthday cake. It was my first time using gumpaste and i will have to say i learned a lot The petals and ladybugs are gumpaste. The center is fondant,gumpaste and buttercream, the grass is buttercream as well. The cake itself is chocolate w/ raspberry filling and buttercream frosting. Thanks for all the other sunflower cakes on CC for inspiration, i couldn't have done it without you! TFL.
