A member of our church turned 100 and his granddaughter wanted a fun cake for him to share his his friends and family. She did not want the traditional dull colors that go with an older party so I did all primary colors marshmallow fondant! The cake was a white/white chocolate cake with strawberry cream cheese filling...it was an honor to do this cake.. I might never get a chance again to do a cake like this for a 100 year old!
